After the Great Levante

A calm falls across the ecology.

In the wings of this stillness, there is emergence and arrival.

The warm day invites the first monarch butterflies to take to the air.

Just a little further along the trail, a hoopoe flutters moth like into a twisted wild olive tree.

Overhead swallows hawk the skies, their magnificence is a joy to behold.

All of these creatures proclaim that spring has arrived.
