Bender takes a trip back home in ‘The One Amigo’
I am a huge Futurama fan. I own all the previous seasons of this show and all four movies. Over the years this crew has taken viewers on some wild adventures. When I heard that a season 12 was coming out, I couldn’t wait to watch it. I was able to get a screener for ‘The One Amigo’ and here is what I thought of it.

After Bender sells an NFT representing the “Concept of Bender”, he feels lost and returns to his ancestral village in Mexico to rediscover himself.

We see Bender make a rash decision at the beginning of this episode. He decides to make a collection of NFTs of himself, and is thrilled when the entire collection sells for a bit of money. Soon though he regrets this decision and feels like they have lost their identity. This prompts a trip home to rediscover their roots and for a while things are going great. When he wins a game something unexpected ends up happening to them, but this proves to be a good thing. Once this episode comes to an end Bender believes they found a way to get their likeness back.
