midst the chaos of aging, career, relationships, and life in general, where most of us might find ourselves tangled, it really does sometimes feel suffocating to not be able to find any escape.
It would have been better if we hadn’t grown up so fast or if we had figured everything out at the correct time.
Trying to fit into the generic timeline set by society is not an easy race to participate in.
It’s fine if you are among those percentage of people who were late to figure out what you really want to pursue in life, what motivates you, what thrills you to wake up every morning and sleep with satisfaction.
Even if you belong to those people who are undergoing this process or even those who haven’t figured out their true selves, it’s fine, everything’s fine.
It’s your life, try to live it at your own pace.
Heartbreak comes with its own setbacks in life. Remember, with every setback, there is a comeback, and life will give you that. We need to have patience.
Life will give you little reasons to love again. Never lose hope.
Love is subjective, and there will be someone out there who will love you the way no one ever has. You will be the person of their dreams.
The self-doubt of not being able to do enough — by enough we really mean comparing ourselves to people our age who might be in a better place than us… is this really needed? Until when will we live by comparing and racing others?
Stop living by numbers.
Stop defining your potential by your age.
Stop measuring your success by digits in your bank account.
Stop comparing and be self-content.
Amongst the chaos of endless thoughts and possibilities in the head, we never realize when we’ve changed. And the sooner we realize that these changes might be badly affecting us, the better it is to start improvising and acting upon them.
There is noise in the head always. You can mute it for some time, escape from it, try to shut it down, sleep away, or distract yourself from it, but when you come back, it’s still there.
You can never get rid of it, it’s waiting to stress you again. Getting lost amongst the noise from the outer world is unavoidable.
Take a breath.
Be calm.
Life becomes more beautiful when you are more mindful of all your actions.
Be positive and spread positivity.
“You are the runner of your own race.”
