Parents Have the Ability to Teach Kids the Message of Kindness Is Universal
–
You can search all over the world for kindness and it will always look the same. It is filed with smiles, tears, laughter, surprise and unbelievable joy. Each day we have an opportunity to be kind regardless of our own circumstance. What many don’t realize is that in being kind to others, it brings good karma and helps us to realize we are still good people who love others. Many times we are so caught up in daily life that we forget that we all have the ability to be kind and compassionate to others. To not be, is simply choice fueled by the autopilot we live by or the experiences in our past that proved so hurtful we want unknowingly share our hurt with others. I believe it’s never to late to become a kinder person. Often times those who knew you before may not believe in the new you; however if you persevere they will have not choice but to like it.
When I look at my kids and all of the random acts of kindness they do for others I can’t help but be proud. I’m proud of the fact that my kids know kindness has no color, no ethnic barrier, no economic status and it can also belong to everyone. After watching the video, I hope that you too will want to walk out on faith and do a random act of kindness for someone else just because you can.
