Looking for ways to better your life?
Most of us, to some degree, can use some tips to becoming a happier and healthier person.
The tips most of us are looking for are things we can begin to do today. Beginning a regimen to better your life is a way to show yourself you care, and to put self-care at the top of your list.
Beginning when I was a child, I went through a tremendous amount of stress due to a debilitating illness. Being ill caused depression and made me have little desire to “work” at living my true life. After years of battling and fighting an unknown disease, I realized the way we see our life directly reflects in our health and mood.
Eventually at one point, I began taking small steps, however daily steps, to change my routine and implement a regimen that built me up instead of breaking me down.
