If you don’t have daily moments where you check in with yourself and think, “I can’t believe this is my life. I am so grateful for every experience that has brought me to this point,” it’s time to re-evaluate your approach.
I am FULLY aware of the dark, inexcusable traumas and realities of life. I understand them full well and have walked myself and countless others through them. I’m not minimizing your experiences or your grieving: healthy grieving and process are NECESSARY.
But no one experience defines you.
No one loss defines you.
No one failure defines you.
It’s all an opportunity to grow.
To feel.
To grieve.
To celebrate.
To love.
To lose.
To risk.
To live.
Nothing has to be wasted.
Stop transmitting your pain.
Transform it.
When you can stop identifying as a victim to your own reality and experiences, you will give yourself the permission and freedom to live the life you felt was out of reach or unattainable.
It’s all possible and it’s right in front of you.
Become the hero of your story.
Cheers.
