Boundaries are the limits we set with other people and ourselves. These boundaries indicate what we find acceptable and what we find unacceptable in regards to our own and other’s actions and behaviors. So how do we create healthy boundaries and stay true to ourselves?
Often we feel scared to set boundaries because we fear what will happen. However, when we don’t create boundaries our relationships suffer and often end anyway.
