So we left off on the note of my brain trying to delete the new information because of stoic idiocy. Lifting heavy and eating regularly was what I did. How dare new information change this cro-magnon man into something different. But damn it, it was working.
I was losing weight quickly people who had not seen me in just a few weeks were telling me how good I was looking. Was I dieting or what was going on? The new information was overriding the old. What was a caveman to do?
The choice was easy enough, keep going. My energy was staying high. And I couldn’t seem to stop craving sex. Too bad I am fat and ugly. My last relationship was mired with ED issues. Which I know was a direct correlation to my weight.
Now that was down everything else was coming up. The realization that my weight had got so out of control that it affected everything. The issue was that the weight did not come on overnight and neither will it go away that way. But for some reason fasting was having an almost instant effect for me.
There we many days of doubt and concerns over health worries from others. People who thought they knew more than Doctors or even how I was feeling. Too often people want to interject their own feelings on what someone else is doing.
Now let me be clear I am not a doctor or expert it is just what I did to help myself. This is not advice, and don’t do what I did with consulting a doctor.
The choices I made were made without a doctor and solely mine. They have had great benefit to me but I almost certain my results were purely atypical and should not be expected or thought of as guaranteed. It was very hard at first and extreme in my own choices. But I did find they worked for me. Never do a extreme diet without consultation with a professional.
