6 am Meal 1
4oz sweet potato
1/2 cup egg whites
2tbs salsa
9 am Meal 2 (post workout)
1 banana
30 G protein
7oz almond milk (unsweetened)
12 pm Meal 3
5oz ground turkey
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta
1/2 cup broccoli
1/3 cup low sugar sauce
3 pm Meal 4
1/2 cup brown rice
5oz shredded chicken
W/ 1/2 cup mix veggies
6 pm Meal 5
6oz cottage cheese
Or 2 whole eggs
