The Swallowtail finds her nectar within the bloom and the rotting flesh left behind by the vulture.
She is attracted to both the sweetness of the flower and to the bitterness of death.
Whatever the source of its sustenance, it produces a magnificent beauty that graces the mountain throughout the long Andalucian summer.
