Don’t doubt it for a moment

Fragrant flowers and leaves of the Spanish Hawthorn, one of the wildings on offer today as I traversed the mountain. The leaves nutty and the flowers sweet and almondy.
But most of all the perfume, one was transported into the temples of Scheherazade and the tales of the One Thousand and One Nights.
This mountain is always sharing her stories and wisdom.
“Believe me, you will find more lessons in the woods than in books. Trees and stones will teach you what you cannot learn from masters.”—St. Bernard of Clairvaux
