Kealah Parkinson is a Communications Coach who spent 15 years teaching small business owners and sales pros how to cycle out of fight-or-flight in the moment to speak and sell with confidence. Opera Mom at home, she goes by Feelings Mom online, and now helps parents to teach their little people to understand their human feelings. She is the author of My Moody Daybook: A Season of Mood Tools for People with Feelings and host of Coach Kiki’s 1-Minute Mood Challenge. But most importantly, she is raising two awesome Gen Alpha men-to-be.
