As I age, my energy level and stamina decrease daily. It is not just about physical well-being; it’s about mental well-being, too.
Most of the time, I feel drained and procrastinate on many tasks that will affect my future if not performed on time. I am well aware of the repercussions but not acting.
It feels like, I am stuck in my own body and mind. I fight a huge battle to take one step further.
These 50 days of sitting at home during summer vacations feel like a burden.
I am a person of routine and schedule.
These idle days are eating me and draining my energy.
I decided to utilize these days well before vacations. But as the vacations started, my motivation and stamina drowned in the water.
I sat down and tried to relax but stress hovers from nowhere. I am just wasting time and not making any effort for a better future.
I have to boost myself every single day to enhance my performance and revitalize myself.
I am not even meeting friends and denying with every possible excuse.
Depression is not the word for me.
However, I have decided to take charge of my physical body. My goal is to become the fittest version of myself.
I heard in some podcasts that good things comes in a loop. I am manifesting a healthy and fit body so my confidence will increase.
I will be able to wear the best of clothes without thinking about the plus size. I will gain back my communication skills.
Everything will start with better physical health.
