Cara Lisette is a brilliant mental health campaigner and advocate. Yesterday she posted a response on Twitter to the latest ill informed, stigmatising comments about mental health by Donald Trump. She ended the post with a hashtag: #IAmNotDangerous.
The response was amazing. Her post went viral, prompting thousands of likes and others sharing their truths of living with a mental illness. My own response is below.
