Carly Newberg

Carly is an Author and Speaker unafraid of complex topics such as trauma, eating disorders, and mental health. She published her memoir, "Good Enough," in 2020 and recently worked as an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach for adolescents in residential treatment. One of Carly's greatest gifts is using her experiences to be vulnerable and relate to her audience. She starting writing in her journal as a young girl and hasn't stopped since. She now works as a freelance copywriter while gathering ideas for her next book.
