Rúna is the founder of The Change Makers, co-founder of The Network for Transformational Leaders, co-creator of #NoMoreBoxes The Transformational Movement*, Methodology and Lifestyle - and co-creator of the MANIFESTO for The New Paradigm of Gender Equality along with her business partner Nicholas Haines.
