Hi, I am Adarsh from India.

I hold a Master’s in Chemistry, but life had different plans for me. I joined the Indian Air Force as an Education Officer Cadet, trained for an year and then life took an unexpected turn.

From there, I stepped into the fast-paced world of startups as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Within three months, I was leading projects and managing operations, helping scale the company from scratch to a ₹100+ crore valuation. But when I saw ethical violations creeping in, I knew it was time to move on.

Today, I’m a Project Analyst in the Strategy, Governance, and Planning (SGP) team at one of the world’s oldest leadership organizations—The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Here, I’m learning, growing, and loving every step of the journey.

Beyond my career, writing has been my constant. I believe that if you stick with what you love, it will eventually reward you. And now, as my words resonate with readers, I see that belief coming to life.

I write about life, resilience, and the lessons I’ve learned from falling—so you don’t have to fall like me. Sometimes, I dive into history to uncover moments that deserve a second look. I’m always curious, always learning, and always open to growth.
