Distractions Are Everywhere
Without laser focus on our most important goal we become distracted without even realizing.
Distraction rarely hits you hard. Instead it creeps up on you like a leaky tap. Just a drip here and there, barely noticeable, until you realize the sink is overflowing!
Without focus we drift.
My goal is to help you feel empowered – with clear direction, purpose, confidence and conviction. So that you can be the best parent you can be.
So my focus needs to reflect that goal.
But here’s the key: Your goals should not feel like extra stress. They should fit into your life, not add to the overwhelm.
Lately, I realized I was trying to do too much, and it was diluting my efforts. Maybe you’ve felt the same with your goals?
The busier we are the more we actually forget things, the more distracted we are, the more tired we become. So when the kids finally go to sleep after telling you all the things on their mind that they forgot to tell you whilst they were up, all you want to do is chill out and relax for a tiny bit before your bedtime.
I totally get it, and that’s why focus matters.
It’s Not About Ticking Boxes
This means I need to do less tasks but go deeper and be more focused to my goal.
I want you to see me as someone you want to talk too, that can help you, and as an expert at what I do.
I can’t achieve that excellence if I am working on 10 different tasks.
So, I have removed the shop from my website and my focus will be on 3 areas
– The weekly Insights I send here
– Challenges / Resources that help you achieve your goals in your own time.
– 1:1 packages (more to come in the next month)
