One second you’re shouting things you don’t mean and the next second, you’re regretting it. Then, you apologize for it.
Since graduating, I’ve worked in more startups than big corporations. Some startups are still alive while some have ceased to exist.
You need to be honest with yourself and accept when you’ve made a mistake.
Easier collaboration and coordination with stakeholders.
But still we need to follow through. If we don’t, all the frontliners risked their lives for nothing.

Situations where I put a value on myself are nerve-wracking. It’s so uncomfortable but it has to be done. If you don’t see your worth, nobody will.

There are a lot of self-help gurus telling people to leave their 9 to 5 jobs and start their own thing so they can have more freedom.
Take time to analyze and improve.
